Additionally, our field managers conduct thorough inspections tailored to the frequency of cleaning accounts. For instance, a five-day-per-week cleaning account may undergo two inspections per week during the initial phase and one inspection per week for ongoing maintenance.

What does your hiring and training process look like?

Our thorough training process begins with a Zoom interview, followed by an in-person interview incorporating a cleaning test. Upon successful completion, candidates are hired and placed under the supervision of a manager, shadowing experienced team members until they demonstrate proficiency and can work autonomously. Regular performance reviews ensure ongoing assessment and refinement of their cleaning skills and effectiveness.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance, workman's compensation insurance, as well as a Surety Bond.
You can have complete peace of mind knowing that we prioritize the safety and protection of our team and clients alike.

How frequently do you bill for services?

We bill monthly for services. We have several payment options such as ACH and Credit Card with no extra fees.

We also recommend incorporating weekly cleaning tasks such as dusting light fixtures, baseboards, and vents, along with cleaning other areas that may not necessitate daily attention.

Additionally, we advise periodic monthly or quarterly deep cleanings to address areas requiring less frequent attention, such as removing marks from walls, cleaning the exteriors of trash cans, windowsills, and windows, ensuring your facility maintains a consistently pristine appearance and hygienic environment.
